A mini split gives one room its own heating and cooling without extending your ductwork. They suit converted garages, finished attics, additions, and any room that is always the wrong temperature. Each zone runs on its own, so you are not conditioning the whole house to fix one space. We will look at the room and tell you whether a mini split is the right answer or whether your existing system can be balanced instead.
