This page explains what happens to information on this website. It covers this website only.
What this site collects
Only what you type into a form and send. There is no newsletter signup, no account system, and no database on this website: nothing you enter is stored here, whether you send it or not.
Two forms can send something. Booking a visit asks for your name, phone number, the county you are in, and optionally an email address and a note about the problem. Asking about a maintenance plan asks for your name and a phone number or email address. Both go to First Response Heating and Cooling through Truss Home, the booking system First Response Heating and Cooling uses to run their jobs.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels or third party tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this site rather than an external provider, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you visited.
Booking
You fill the form in on this website and it is sent from here to Truss Home, who hold it for First Response Heating and Cooling as the record of your job. You are not passed to another site and you are not asked to create anything. If you close the page before sending, nothing leaves your browser and nothing is kept.
A booking asks which county you are in rather than a street address. First Response Heating and Cooling will agree the address with you on the phone when they call you back to confirm a time.
There is no payment step anywhere on this site. First Response Heating and Cooling invoice you themselves and Truss Home does not process your money.
Calling us
Tapping the phone number opens your own phone app and places a normal call. Your phone company handles that call in the usual way.
